manpasand khichdi
rice and dal

INGREDIENTS

ghee 2 tsp,
tomatoes chopped 1,
onion chopped -1,,
green peas 5-6 pods,
chillies chopped (1),
cauliflower ,
salt (to taste),
turmeric powder,
coriander powder,
chilli powder,
garam masala powder.

METHOD

put ghee in pan and add cumin seeds till it crackles,add onion chillies together and saute till 2 minutes, 
add the vegetables and fry till them till they become golden brown ,
add dal and leftover rice together ,add 1 cup water and keep stirring it till the consistency becomes thick ,serve hot and enjoy
