Multi Grain Potatoe Pancakes
Left over potato sabzi

INGREDIENTS

Ingredients Left over potato sabzi
 1 cup multi grain flour 
salt as per taste 
tablespoon black pepper powder 
1 tablespoon red chili powder
 4-5 green chillies finely chopped
 1/2 cup coriander leaves finely chopped 
1 tablespoon zeera 
4 tablespoon olive oil

METHOD

Method: Take a bowl and add multi-grain flour and add a pinch of salt and red chili powder and black pepper powder and 
add water and make a batter and mix it well and keep it aside. 
Now, take a fry pan and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and then add zeera and then green chillies and then add potato sabzi.
 Stir fry them for about 3-4 minutes and keep it aside. Now, take a tawa or fry pan and add olive oil and 
pour over a little batter of multi-grain atta and make pancake and shallow fry it from both sides. 
Then place 1 spoon of potato filling on the multi-grain pancake and fold it and serve.
