Spicy Roti Noodles

Spicy Roti Noodles

INGREDIENTS

Chapatis - 5-6 Onion (cut lengthwise) 
 1 big /2 medium sized Veggies (capsicum, carrot, cabbage - all cut into thin strips) 
Green peas - 1/2 cup boiled 
Red chilli powder - 1 or 2 tsp 
(depending on your taste) Tomato sauce - 1 tbsp 
Garam Masala - 1 tsp 
Oregano (optional) - to taste 
Salt - to taste 
Cooking Oil - 3 tbsp 
Coriander leaves / spring onions (chopped) - to garnish
 Lemon Juice - 1/2 tsp

METHOD

Cut the chapatis into thin strips. Heat oil in a pan and saute onions until its translucent.
Now add veggies and boiled green peas and toss them for 2 mins. 
Make sure the veggies are not boiled completely as they will lose their crunchy texture. 
Now add red chilli powder, garam masala, tomato sauce, oregano (optional), 
salt and toss the mixture well till the salt and the spices are blended well with veggies. 
Now add chapati strips and mix well. Garnish the dish with coriander leaves or spring onions and lemon juice
Serve hot. Additional Flavor - You can also garnish the dish with pomegranate seeds and thin sev if you like. It tastes best.
