Rice Fryums

Rice Fryums

INGREDIENTS

Salt ,Green Chilles, boiled rice

METHOD

1)Mash the left over cooked rice with salt and green chilles paste. 
2) Now spread a Plastic sheet or a cotton saree in the sunlight. (usually these are prepared in summer) 
3)Take a spoon full of batter and start placing them on the cloth/plastic sheet. Maintain equal distance in between.
 Do until the batter is over.
 4)Allow the Fryums to dry for 2 to 3 days in hot sun. They will come out easily when they are completely dry. 
Make sure that they are dried properly. Store them in an air tight container.
 5)Rice Fryums are ready.Deep fry the papad when ever you like to have them. 
Enjoy After frying the fryrum will look like the image which is attached
