veg grilled pockets

veg grilled pockets
chha Parantha and any dry paneer dish

INGREDIENTS

leftover lachha parantha,
tomato ketchup or any chutney of your choice,
grated processed cheese ,
paneer dish without gravy

METHOD

spread one spoon of tomato ketchup on the parantha.
Now add paneer sabzi on one side and then top it with grated cheese.
Then fold the parantha in half and grill it in a hot griller till the cheese melts.
Now cut it into two and serve immediately.
