Banana Chips Curry
Non crispy Banana Chips. chips which r kept out for long

INGREDIENTS

OIL-2TBSPN 
ONION-2 
GREEN CHILLIES-3 
GINGER-1 PIECE 
CURRY LEAVES-A FEW
 CORIANDER LEAVES-A FEW 
TURMERIC POWDER-1/4 TSPN 
CHILLY POWDER-2 TSPN
 CORIANDER POWDER-4TSPN 
GARAM MASALA POWDER-1/2TSPN 
COCONUT MILK-A CUP 
SALT-TO TASTE 
BANANACHIPS-A HAND FULL

METHOD

SAUTE ONION,GREEN CHILLY,GINGER,CURRY LEAVES IN OIL. ADD ALL THE POWDERS AND SAUTE,
UNTIL THE RAW SMELL OF POWDERS R GONE. POUR WATER ADD SALT & BOIL,
 ADD CHIPS TOO. BOIL FOR FEW MINUTES, ADD COCONUT MILK AND OFF THE FLAME. GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES.
 USE IT WITH CHAPPATHI OR RICE
