INGREDIENTS

Gram Flour – 1 cup 
Garlic –1 tea spoon
  5 cloves finely chopped 
Mint Leaves – 7-8 finely chopped 
Salt ,Chat Masala ,Water, 
 Oil for frying

METHOD

Take gram flour in a bowl add water and chopped mint leaves , garlic, salt and chaat masala . 
Cut 1 roti into 4 pieces and then dip it in the mixture. Fry the roti in hot oil and serve it with chutney or dip .
