Kaju Mysore Pak


Ingredients
:Cashew nuts - 1 cup
Gram flour -1 cup
Sugar - 2 cups
Ghee -1 cup
Water - 2 cups
Elachi powder -1 spoon
Kaju Mysore Pak
Instructions
:
  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add 2 spoons of ghee and heat it for 2 sec.
  3. Add cashew nuts in ghee.
  4. Fry nuts till nuts comes to golden colour.
  5. Take into a cup and cool nuts for 10 min.
  6. After 10 min, make cashew nuts to a paste.
  7. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  8. Add ghee in it and add cashew nut paste and gram flour in it.
  9. Mix well.
  10. Take a container and add sugar and water in it.
  11. Mix well till sugar is totally melted.
  12. After sugar is melted, boil the syrup for 5 to 10 min.
  13. After 10 min, add syrup to the frying paste.
  14. Cook the paste till water is totally absorbed.
  15. After add total ghee in it.
  16. Mix well.
  17. Take into a plate and spread the sweet on it.
  18. Cool the sweet for 10 min.
  19. Then, take a knife and cut into pieces in any shape as you wish.
  20. Now eat and enjoy the delicious sweet kaju mysore pak.
