Ingredients
:Cashew nuts - 1 cupGram flour -1 cup
Sugar - 2 cups
Ghee -1 cup
Water - 2 cups
Elachi powder -1 spoon
Instructions
:- Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
- Add 2 spoons of ghee and heat it for 2 sec.
- Add cashew nuts in ghee.
- Fry nuts till nuts comes to golden colour.
- Take into a cup and cool nuts for 10 min.
- After 10 min, make cashew nuts to a paste.
- Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
- Add ghee in it and add cashew nut paste and gram flour in it.
- Mix well.
- Take a container and add sugar and water in it.
- Mix well till sugar is totally melted.
- After sugar is melted, boil the syrup for 5 to 10 min.
- After 10 min, add syrup to the frying paste.
- Cook the paste till water is totally absorbed.
- After add total ghee in it.
- Mix well.
- Take into a plate and spread the sweet on it.
- Cool the sweet for 10 min.
- Then, take a knife and cut into pieces in any shape as you wish.
- Now eat and enjoy the delicious sweet kaju mysore pak.
