Ingredients
:- Semolina ( rava ) : 1cup
- Sugar : 1 cup
- Paalkhoa ( milk khoa ) : 1 cup
- Ghee : 2 cups
- Salt : a pinch
Instructions
:- Clean semolina.
- Add salt, ghee and blend in a mixie.
- Make small balls, flatten.
- Place paalkhoa in the centre and close.
- Heat ghee in a frying pan.
- Fry these balls.
- Boil sugar with water in a vessel to a syrup of single string consistency.
- Soak the rasagullas in syrup.
- Dalda can also be used instead of ghee.
