Rava Rasgullalu

Ingredients
:
  • Semolina ( rava ) : 1cup
  • Sugar : 1 cup
  • Paalkhoa ( milk khoa ) : 1 cup
  • Ghee : 2 cups
  • Salt : a pinch
Instructions
:
  1. Clean semolina.
  2. Add salt, ghee and blend in a mixie.
  3. Make small balls, flatten.
  4. Place paalkhoa in the centre and close.
  5. Heat ghee in a frying pan.
  6. Fry these balls.
  7. Boil sugar with water in a vessel to a syrup of single string consistency.
  8. Soak the rasagullas in syrup.
  9. Dalda can also be used instead of ghee.
