Coconut rice Pulao

Coconut rice Pulao
400 gms biryani rice
120 gms coconut
40 ml ghee
25 gms black gram dal
25 gms broken pieces of nuts
6 gms dry chillies
2 gms curry leaves
2.5 gms asafoetida powder
20 gms (minced) coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Instructions
:Coconut rice Pulao

 To make coconut rice pulao, boil the rice and keep a side. And take vessel and put ghee and fry cashew nuts and take it in bowl, In that ghee add some more ghee and put dry chillies, black gram dal, and curry leaves then add rice , coconut , cashew nuts, and salt and cook for a moment. At last garnish with Coriander leaves. Coconut rice pulao is ready to serve.
