Channa Paratha

INGREDIENTS

Wheat flour dough,
left over black channa, 
onions, 
chilies, 
coriander ,
salt, 
ajwain,
 red chilly powder,
 amchur powder, 
coriander powder

METHOD

Take only Black channa ( separate the curry).Mash the channa. Add finely chopped onions , coriander leaves,
 salt according to taste, chilies and red chilly powder,ajwain and pinch of amchur powder. mix the m well. 
Stuff the mixture in the dough , roll into a paratha and cook it with ghee or oil. Server it with curd/butter/chutney.
