mixed vegitable rumali roti
INGREDIENTS
mixed veg rumali roti cut into half
beaten egg
bread crums
hot oil for frying
METHOD
place the veggies in the rumali roti and cloe it properly to ensure all sides aresealed properly.
dip it in egg and then rollit over the bread crumbs and fry till golden. take it out and let drain on a kitchen towel for a min.
cut into bite size pieces and serve with tomato ketchup.
